CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sun Siren Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Many of our services—such as cosmetic tattooing and corrective treatments—require us to block off several hours to ensure a focused, personalized experience. Because of this, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to accommodate other clients. To respect everyone’s time and allow us to serve all clients efficiently, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following: • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment online. • If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice, you must text or call the provider directly: • Kimberly: 512-629-0804 • Rita: 909-437-0985 • All booking deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. • No-shows (failure to attend your appointment without notice) will be charged 50% of the full service cost, which must be paid before rebooking. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future services. We understand emergencies happen, and we’re happy to handle those situations with compassion. However, last-minute cancellations without direct communication reduce availability for other clients and impact our small business. Thank you for your understanding and support.
